Character animation
To create a believable character animation SimpleFrame uses very advanced skeletal animation techniques. The use of proper technique makes the whole process of animation much easier while still preserving realism of the animated object. The virtual character is set in motion by coherent movements of different bones, instead of vertex by vertex (as in the case of polygonal mesh).
Skeletal animation is the most common way to do large-scale animation of characters. It can be also applied to mechanical objects or any other object made up of rigid elements and joints. SimpleFrame uses the skeletal animation techniques primarily for video game and film production.
